• How quickly do you prepare and send me my order?

Within 24 hours of purchase, your order will be dispatched and be on its way to you.

*Bank holidays and weekends may affect the delivery times.


  • Order not received

If you have not received your order within the delivery time for your selected shipping method, we kindly ask you to wait an extra few more days. If you still have not received your order, please contact us.

*All lost package claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.


  • Change of order request

If you would like to make changes (e.g. item, quantity, size) to an order which you have already completed, please contact us as soon as possible.

*Please note that we are only able to adjust your order if it has not been prepared or dispatched yet.


  • Order cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed your order. If you contact us about an order cancellation after we have already shipped your order, we will not be able to cancel your order. However, you may return your item if you wish. 


  • Received wrong item

If you have received an item you didn’t order, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item name you wanted to receive
  • Item name you received
  • A photograph of the item you received

Once you provide this information, we will be in touch with you to resolve the problem.


  • Received faulty item

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Item Name and Order Number
  • A description and a photograph of the problem

Once you provide this information, the situation will be assessed as soon as possible. After the proof of damaged item is accepted, we will then be able to offer a refund or an exchange.
