We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you may return items within 14 days from the day you've received your order.
Exchanging items are not always guaranteed as this will depend on the availability of the item(s) wanted.
Items must still be new, unused, unwashed, with their original tags and in their original packaging.
Returns with signs of use (e.g. hair, smell, marks) will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns/exchanges for clearance/discounted items.
After your return is received, it will be inspected. You will then be notified about the approval or rejection of your returned item. Returns can take up to 7 days to process.
If your returned item is accepted, your refund will be processed.
If the returned item is not accepted, they will be returned to you.
Shipping costs and customs charges are not refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We recommend that you send your returns by using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Order cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed your order. If you contact us about an order cancellation after we have already shipped your order, we will not be able to cancel your order. However, you may return your item if you wish.
